Job Descriptions


  • Handle full set of Financial Accounting & Administration function responsibilities
  • Handle AR/AP, month end closing, petty cash, including entries to accounting software
  • Maintaining Petty Cash Accounts
  • Providing Audit & MIS support including liaison with auditors
  • Bank Transfer letters and follow up including liaison with bankers
  • Scrutiny/audit of bank charges and interest charges
  • Payment processing including diligent scrutiny of invoices, matching with PO, and other necessary supporting information
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Daily update of facility limits v/s utilization
  • Preparation/filing of periodic Income Tax, Property Tax & GST returns / payment including liaison with respective authorities as necessary
  • Check, verify and process expense claims & TT
  • Monthly account closing, generate financial reports, schedules, annual budgets and forecasts
  • Preparation for year-end audit, liaison with auditors, preparation & submission of annual tax & other statutory and secretarial returns
  • Liaise with customers, vendors and bankers
  • Provide admin & HR support including preparation of Payroll
  • Payment of utility accounts, monitoring and procurement of office supplies, inventory control, maintenance of log book for keys, equipment maintenance log, maintenance and update of contractors master list, liaison with contractors for preventive maintenance for aircons, annual maintenance contract etc.,
  • Maintaining files and documents archiving, wherever required
  • Assistance in company secretarial work
  • Assistance in making power point presentations, organizing meetings etc.
  • Supervision of cleaning services, sending/collecting office mail and courier
  • Support other adhoc projects and assignments


  • Diplomain Accounts / Finance or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of similar experience & capacity for the position
  • Experience dealing with bank trade facilities
  • Well versed in MS office and Accounting Software (preferably Tally)
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask, result oriented
  • Dedicated, attentive to details, meticulous & analytical
  • Good communication skill in English
