Job Descriptions

  • Main responsible on the monitoring of company rosters/staff attendance
  • Take daily shift attendance to ensure that all men are at site
  • Communicates with relief officers for their availability and keep in touch with them
  • Resolve last minute shortfall together with OE’s and OM’s
  • Answer all incoming phone calls
  • Encodes sites accident/incident report in the digital log book
  • -Encodes newly hired staff on the roster
  • Deletes ceased and inactive staff name on the roster

    Job Requirements

  • Attended Security courses
  • Must have valid Security license
  • Possess Singapore Class 3 driving licence
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Willing to attend security related courses and subject to bond
  • Have no criminal conviction
  • Able to start in short notice
